The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location on the beach front was fabulous and close to all the shops and amenities. My top floor room was very comfortable and warm with views across the bay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. Great it has a small car park too.

Great location,near shops, resturants,pubs and transport.Near to the "Pier".Hop on off Bus great.Visited Snowdonia National Park by Bus which was stunning.Overall a lovely seaside resort with plenty of nice places to eat,coffee etc.Also good selection of shops.

A very enjoyable stay friendly and courteous staffin a clean and welcoming hotel Restaurant was clean and offered a good varied menu would recommend it to anyone well situated for all the local attractions

Lovely welcoming lady receptionist and the young bar staff very polite and cheerful. Crooked floorboards in bedroom but this added caracter and great space for 3 ladies sharing with 3 single beds. Coridors and room were really hot when we arrived, we had to open the window and switch off heating in the room, it took a while before it cooled down. Room and bathroom were basic but clean and very comfy beds. Can' t comment on food as we did not eat there. Very convinient for shops, eating and Venue Cymru.

Staff couldnt be more helpful. They looked and acted proffesionally, very freindly. Lovely hotel, bathroom accesable to all. Corridors are very warm but bedroom was a comfortable temperature. Would definitely stay again.

Well situated hotel, some areas in need of upgrade. Our room was lovely but too hot, we were supplied with 2 fans which helped a bit, staff were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable internet access was actually awful but not the fault of the hotel. Food was great, breakfast buffet could have more choices

Fab hotel ,had the large family room with the sea front . Room was a little dated but it didnt matter as we didnt spend much time in there. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the goat restaurant which is part of the hotel is definitely worth going to , the food and service there was 10/10 . Definitely recommend the Esplande hotel .

Perfect hotel - room was huge, comfortable bed and had a with sea view. Staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was just round the corner from tbe shops/restaurants and the pier- perfect location. Ate out so didn't use the restaurant but it looked spotless. Would definitely return and recommend
