The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. "Fantastic hotel. Great location and everything was great from us arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem whatever we asked for. We had dinner in the restaurant the food was exceptional. Everything including the spa was great. Would definitely return."

"We stayed in early June for a week. The location is great, very close to the town centre and the walls of the castle only being yards away. It is uphill from the town centre however, if you walking or breathing difficulties, it could be a problem. We have only stayed in a cottage once before. Last year in Cornwall, unfortunately it's the only reference point to judge and similar price for the same week last year. This cottage was not the same quality.
