"The room was small but had everything we needed, it was clean and very warm. The staff were welcoming and helpful and check in was easy. Nice bar overlooking the prom and an excellent view of the pier. Food looked lovely although we did not eat there this time. Shops were very close, abundance of cafes and coffee shop within 2min walk. Second stay at the Marine Hotel will definitely be staying again"

"Shower did not work followed instructions on wall but nothing worked, Cobwebs everywhere, one light was hanging of the wall, For the price you pay i would expect a working shower at least, View was lovely bed was comfy pillows rubbish wouldn't book here again "

"Comfortable stay. Nice sea view room. Only down side was very squeaky floors. Cant really complain for the price. I think all the negative reviews were from when it was called the County hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel, thoughtful decor, spotlessly clean, super-friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. Really convenient location and a real plus to have a car park. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I want to visit North Wales again!"

"Bathroom was big and cold, both the radiator and heated towel rail were off. Breakfast was average, fruit and pastries were not being replenished. Ordered breakfast from the menu, was asked 3 times regarding the item that was chargable, and had to sign for the extra charge before the item arrived. Omelette was not cooked in the centre (raw egg), and arrived 10 minutes before the haddock, usually breakfast items for the same table are served together."

"This hotel was in an ideal position for all the local amenities and attractions. The pier is 50yds away, the shops started approximately the same distance away with the Orme 'just round the corner.' The rooms were spacious and modern. The staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The only downside to this hotel is the parking. There is limited parking around the back of the hotel (at £10 per day) or you can take your chance at the roadside In front of the hotel. The hotel gives you a permit to park for free but the spaces are not reserved so once you move your car, you take pot luck on whether there is a space for you when you come back. Overall though, Ok can highly recommend this hotel. "
