Great place to stay, right on the promenade with sea views from the front rooms. Convenient to walk on the promenade, or into town and close to the theatre. Very comfortable rooms. Very friendly owner run place. Excellent breakfasts! Have rebooked for later in the year.

Decent sized room with great views overlooking the promenade and the sea. Really convenient for shops, bars and dining. Car park to rear of hotel. Quiet and clean. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Colin and Sandra were perfect hosts, nothing being too much trouble, Breakfasts were excelent, hot tasty and cooked to order. The facilties were spotlessly clean and best of all a comfy bed for a great nights sleep. Add to that free offroad parking, a thoroughly pleasant experience to be repeated when next in town.

A 5 Star Hotel!

The best stay in Llandudno. The couple who run the place are the most gracious and accommodating hosts. From warm welcomes to scrumptious breakfast to the period correct decor of the building… we cannot recommend this place enough. An easy 10/10!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and clean with a view of the seafront. Comfortable bed and great shower room. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous stay hosts were brilliant we got there and hotels.com had not forwarded our booking so we had no room but the owner was so apologetic even tho it was not his fault and lucky for us they had 2 rooms left . We had the apartment and it was amazing . 10/10 for how helpful the owners were loved our stay bed comfy overall very good .

A very comfortable place to stay, within easy walking distance of Venue Cymru, where I was attending a conference, and my husband came with me and walked on the Great Orme. Colin looked after us very well, and Sandra's breakfasts were some of the best we have ever eaten, beautifully cooked and presented, and we didn't need lunch! We very much enjoyed our sea view. Definitely recommended.

This is essentially a bed-and-breakfast hotel. The owners are lovely and attentive. The room was clean and the view of the bay was wonderful He drank tea and ate biscuits early in the mornings before breakfast. There was a small table and comfortable chairs in the bedroom to allow us to look out while we did so.
