"I wish we could have given more stars on this hotel because the rooms were actually very clean and lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately we were told we could check in at 3pm but when we got to the hotel, there was a sign on the door to say reception was closed until 4pm and we were given a number to call if assistance was required. "Easy and friendly check in. Clean and tidy room. I had a single room and the sink in the bathroom was the size of a shoe box. I am not a breakfast person but I do like coffee. When I asked whether it was possible for me to get morning coffee for my travel mug I was told there was coffee in my room. "Lovely old pub with good rooms available, Gary is a nice friendly host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. We had our evening meal and drinks there which were good quality and value for money. The breakfast was top notch and you helped yourself to good quality coffee and toast. I've already booked a stay here again."

"The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended. We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby....
