"Fantastic hotel. The room is modern and spotlessly clean. Amazing shower. Perfect location next to two beautiful plazas and within walking distance of the castle and the triumphal arch. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Miguel delivered a beautiful cake for my birthday and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner. The staff at check in and check out we're helpful and friendly and made the experience a pleasure. The custard tart and port at check in was much appreciated. The lady on check out spotted my fellas Monty Python T-shirt which was lovely. "

"The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The biggest issue with the hotel was the overpowering sweet air freshener used in the entire hotel. It made it difficult to sleep or even stay in the room. "
