Great experience at Sintra Bliss! Staff was super helpful from start to finish with everything from parking tips to luggage storage after we checked out. Excellent breakfast, clean room, fun area close to many famous attractions in Sintra. We would stay here again!

Our room was just adequate but the door to the outside was broken, vending machine was broken, they charged us for water. Breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful. Air conditioning worked but didn’t really need it. Room was clean but shower leaked everywhere & we saw mold above the shower… Building is old but refurbished

The staff was super nice and friendly. The included breakfast was a nice perk. The location was very convenient. The room itself was a little small and had a bit of an odd bathroom. It felt like staying in a hostel (albeit a nicer hostel). I don't think we realised that at the time of booking, but all in all, it was a good stay in a great location.

This is a charming hotel. The staff from reception to breakfast dining and room support staff are the friendliest and polite people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. We are assuredly going to be returning for another visit in the future. The location is close to the train and bus station, with restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries close to the hotel.
