Charmant appartement dans un quartier populaire placé idéalement pour découvrir la ville. On peut regretter toutefois l'équipement assez sommaire ( vaisselle).
The view from this apartment was great and I appreciated having 2 bedrooms. The host that met us was very nice and the group was able to accommodate an early check-in with a small fee. While there was the basic amenities, I would have appreciated an extra set of towels or sheets just in case for a week stay. There is only a washer and we struggled for things to dry in a timely manner outside. This is a 4th floor apartment and the stairs are a bit intense. We travelled with a toddler so there was a lot of dragging a stroller up and down. It was worth the view but something to be aware of if steps aren't your thing.
We loved this property, the location was wonderful. It was very clean, bright, the balcony views we gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice, and the flat is configured in such a way that is was perfect for two friends sharing but would also be good for a family or 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped with a Nespresso machine (you can get capsules widely if you exhaust the supply). There is an escalator up (but not down) to the Martim Moniz station which is extremely welcome at the end of the day.
I would only have one criticism for which they can't do much about. Lisbon is a difficult city for anyone with mobility issues anyways, but the only warning I would give to others is that it's an older building and is 4 flights of stairs up, so if you have strollers or a ton of luggage this might not be the right choice for you ( although they seem to have apartments on other floors which I'm sure you could request). We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the staff for being so helpful.
