Everything in the room was ok. Good amenities. Clean space. TV was not very useful, but if you're traveling and out exploring it doesn't matter. My negatives for this place are the surrounding locale (doesn't feel totally safe at night) and the building itself is not sound proof at all. You hear a lot of what happens with neighboring units in the building. But again, if you're only there to sleep and shower while traveling, it is a perfectly acceptable place.

Property size was perfect for 2 adults and a 5 year old. It was on the 3 floor and getting luggage up was a bit uncomfortable; however, not a deal breaker. Instrucción were very clear.

Lovely Studio in a great neighbourhood

Lovely studio in a fantastic area. Has everything one needs for a short (or long) stay. Love the nieghbourhood as it is close to everything but still not clearly touristy. Would definitely stay here again.

FEMALE TRAVELLERS BEWARE!!! First of all the property owner has terrible communication and is rude beyond belief. I asked her for the instructions for check-in, she did not give it to me until 8 PM the night before I was arriving. She then demanded that I pay her the Lisbon traveller fee in cash or using a foreign app that I clearly would not have, THE MOMENT I checked in. After haggling about the method, I left cash in the lockbox and she never provided a receipt. What she did do was KEY INTO THE ROOM while I was absent to leave dirty money on the bed (the difference of the fee). The area is Martim Moniz. Yes it is 10 minutes to Rossio Square, but to get there you have to cross through a run-down area filled with questionable people and garbage everywhere. One morning I walked out and it looked like the people left an all night crackfest. I took a wrong turn one night onto a street called “Rua Do Benformoso”. It was filled with hundreds of non-Portuguese men hanging out in the street doing NOTHING … not a woman, child, or elderly person in sight. As for the actual apartment, there is a window that doesn’t lock, a tattered mini sofa bed with ratty comforter, shower that doesn’t drain properly and backs up, and a thin film of dust on the floor. The apartment must be locked with a key from the inside! God forbid there’s a fire or a break-in or something else requiring you to leave quickly. You better keep that key handy! Do not recommend at all!

Ok för kortare vistelse i Lissabon.

Hotellet ligger nära sjukhuset São José Hospital och det var anledning till att vi valde det plus att det var en lägenhet med tillgång till kök och tvättmaskin. Ingången är mycket smal och det var besvärligt att bära upp resväskorna på rummet. Rummet hade AC.m, en dubbelsäng och en sk enkelsäng (madrass) som var direkt på golvet. Incheckningen var smidigt med instruktioner via Mail. Utanför fanns små rester och affärer för förnödenheter.

A região é próxima do centro histórico e de pontos de metro, o que facilita nossa locomoção. Porém, o bairro é rico em imigrantes árabes, indianos e chineses, o que pode-se estranhar um pouco. Quanto ao quarto, tinha um cheiro muito forte de mofo, e o ar condicionado não funcionava. O chuveiro também era difícil, ou estava muito quente, ou muito frio.

Belle appartement pour découvrir Lisbonne

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables dans ce logement. Le matin de notre arrivée on nous a transmis par message les indications pour entrer dans l'immeuble et récupérer les clés. Aucun problème à ce niveau. L'appartement était très propre. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Ils étaient déjà dans la chambre. Idéalement placé pour visiter Lisbonne. Tout prêt du métro et du départ du tramway 28 très prisé par les touristes. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement. De plus il y a plein de petits commerces et de restaurants à moins de 50 mètres.

Superbe appartement tout près du centre

Superbe appartement lumineux et très bien agencé. Le service est au top: les responsables nous ont contactés en avance afin de bien organiser notre arrivée, nous donner les clés et nous fournir toutes les explications nécessaires. L'appartement est tout près du centre ville et du terminus de la fameuse ligne 28 de l'Electrico. Une petite attention nous attendait sur place, pour bien démarrer le séjour. Je vous laisse la surprise entière... ;-) et bon séjour !!!

L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Un petit bémol toutefois sur la qualité de la robinetterie de la douche qui fuyait fortement et la bonde de la douche qui ne s'écoulait est pas bien. Le frigo dans la pièce où l'on dort était trop bruyant. L'accueil a été excellent : des explications données par WhatsApp ainsi que le rendez-vous d'accueil sont 1 +

A great value city centre studio.

The studio is in a good location, although on a quite steep hill above Martim Moniz square. It is on the 2nd floor but not difficult to walk up ( for most people). The studio had excellent facilities and was very comfortable. The bathroom has been newly refurbished and spacious. The kitchen area is well equipped and very clean. There is a small amount of traffic noise, but not enough to affect a good nights sleep. There are a couple of restaurants and cafes very near the studio and rosio and baixa, chiado are all easy to walk to. I had a great stay in Lisbon and thank you to my hosts for the great hospitality.

The apartment itself is very nicely done and comfortable..BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN COSTS OF CLEANING FEE OF 35 EURO YOU HAVE TO PAY ON THE SPOT. Its location is at a loud street.

非常糟糕的入住經驗，主人留了無法聯繫上的電話後再責怪旅客沒有依規定入住規定，拒絕退款。 入住前一天訂房後就飛往里斯本，落地後與主人留的電話聯繫，從下午2點多到6點3小時都沒人接（後來才知道主人當時在飛機上）,由於附近沒有什麼店，又帶著老人，等了3小時聯繫不上後，只好另找旅館住宿。 在我質疑他為什麼留了無法聯繫的電話後，直接罵人，當然後面就接著一串吵架。 我明白這是一個短租套房，需要事先聯繫，也不是要求主人馬上來開門，但3個小時都無法聯繫上的電話，及糟糕的對話經驗，讓人無法接受。

the hosts are really helpful and kind

the hosts are really helpful and kind. but there are still few points for those who are considering this apartment. _there's no elevator but the host will help you with luggage. _street is next to it, but if you close all the window it wont bother you too much. _this apartment is on the small hill, make sure you are waring the comfortable shoes for that, if you are not the perfectionist like us, I really recommend this apartment. there are plenty of restaurants, only need around 5 mins by walk, and the apartment is not far from the Rossio square, 20-25 mins by foot.

O apartamento é completo e bonito, porém, faço uma pequena observação em relação ao valor da taxa de limpeza que parece mais uma "pegadinha". O valor deveria aparecer mais claramente e só aconteceu isso quando da conclusão da reserva. Apesar do valor de hospedagem estar barato no aplicativo, quando somada a taxa de limpeza (hospedagem €34 / taxa de limpeza € 35), saia mais caro que muitos hotéis que ofereciam inclusive café da manhã. Fica a observação a equipe da hoteis.com para que possa desenvolver algo que seja mais claro e evitar que os anunciadores façam esse tipo de "macete", já que fica muito fácil colocar um preço de reserva mais baixo, tornar-se mais competitivo, e cobrar a diferença na taxa de limpeza.

Frais cachés

On nous a exigé un frais de 37€ en surplus à l'arrivée pour des frais d'entretien pour une seule nuit et nous n'avons pas eu de reçu même si nous l'avons demandé. Les instructions d'entrées ne nous avaient pas été communiquées à l'avance ce qui nous a occasionné des frais pour pouvoir trouver un moyen de communication et ainsi avoir quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir. La porte de douche ne se fermait pas bien. Sinon l'emplacement était correct, et il y avait les commodités nécessaires.
