Very clean, great communication, not too loud, accurate listing description, right in the heart of downtown! WiFi was great! Could use kitchen towels, face cloths in the bathroom, and yes the bathroom is small. Was fine for me as a solo traveller!

Great communication via WhatsApp or your booking platform. The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, very basic kitchen, and yes a very small bathroom. I was a solo traveller so didn’t need much. Much better experience than some of the reviews mentioned.

The convenience of an apartment in the heart of Lisbon! Close to all the best restaurants and a 6 min walk to the Augusta arch! A lot of souvenir shops and convenience stores nearby for all your basic necessities. However, your only means of communication is thru your phone as they don’t have a physical person there. The cleaners also don’t speak English. Their elevator is now fixed although super small and I wouldn’t rely on it too much so just keep that in mind for accessibility. Also, the walls are quite thin and you hear a lot of chaos especially during the weekends! They also have a stovetop + kitchen utensils like pots, pans and silverware. All in all, if you’re looking for a budget friendly, convenient hotel & don’t mind a little bit of noise, this is a great stay!

Everything was O.K, as far as location, condition of the place and all. This would have been 5 star rating except elevator was not working whole stay. climbing up the narrow stairs to 4th floor with luggage was not a easy task at all.

Everything was great on this apartment, location, clean and safe. The only thing I was not happy with is that I had to chase the management to get the check in information as less than 24 hours from my stay I was still on the limbo on what I needed to do.

We had a great stay here! Self service check in was easy. The area was super convenient for getting to dining, shopping and local attractions. Our room was clean and spacious, loved having a small kitchen with a functional fridge/ freezer. Only downside was we were on an upper floor but the elevator did not work and we had to drag suitcases up many flights of stairs. Overall would recommend!

Very clean and confortable. The only thing that was very uncomfortable is the elevator. But definitely we would comeback to the apartment.
