Conveniently placed in a safe neigbourhood with many excellent restaurants around. The apartment is clean, noise proof, has a washer dryer combo (though expect to air dry your clothes). Kitchen is quaint and has enough to cook on days you dont feel like going out. Grocery stores 5 minute walk. Has an elevator. Management was very responsive. Included high quality portus cale product. Our family of 3 loved our stay and will be coming back!

Overall the great things about this place are the following: based on apartment 4S - apartment style, clean, modern with all you need for a longer stay. AC works great, two bedrooms and two baths. It has an in-suite, all-in-one, washer / dryer which is very convenient, stove, dishwasher, plates, cooking, utensils etc. Beds are comfortable and lots of bedroom storage. Located about 30 minutes walk to downtown Lisbon. Overall a good place to stay and staff are very responsive. On the negative, the walls need a new paint job as there are light marks all over (nothing that impacts the stay but a freshen up would be nice), one bath shower leaked a bit, and the other had an odour every time you showered but goes away (think there is a plumbing issue).

The location was good. Lots of restaurants nearby and abt a 20 mins walk to Restorer's square in city centre. The apartment is spotless with brand new appliances including dishwasher. The Aircon is very effective too. Highly recommended

La struttura è in una buona posizione, molto sicura. C'è quasi sempre un portire la notte e di giorno molto spesso trovi qualcuno alla reception. Siamo arrivati di sabato sera e non funzionava lo sciacquone, sono intervenuti come potevano e lunedi hanno riparato il tutto. La casa è molto carina, anche se in alcuni punti sarebbe da mettere a posto. Tipo vetro doccia, sciacquone etc.. il divano letto veramente molto poco comodo. Per il resto direi tutto molto bene.

Lovely property! The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Our family needed two bedrooms and this was perfect. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent — safe (right near the National Assembly), close to the tram and bus, not far from major sights, walking distance from lovely cafes, markets, and squares. The area has a local/residential feel.

We arrived early but there were 2 very nice staff members there to greet us, 😁 allowed us to change clothes and stored our luggage. The apartment literally had everything we needed, dishware, utensils, glasses, dishwasher with cleaning tablets. A nice table to sit at for meals. Comfortable couch to watch TV. A nice entryway table to drop off things like our sunglasses, etc. Beds were comfortable, linens soft. Easy keyless entry. The only negative I would say was the directions for using the washer/dryer combo were difficult to understand and I spent sooo much time trying to dry the clothes. Definitely a plus with air conditioning! The best location we could ask for! We were directly across from the Parlemento Building and we're so close to everything we wanted to visit. We could either walk or if it was a little further we took the taxi. Overall, extremely happy with our choice and would definitely visit again!
