Appartement für Kurztrips

Prima Appartement für den Städtetrip zu zweit. Eine Busline ist 100 m entfernt und sorgt für gute Erreichbarkeit, ein tolles Restaurant ist gegenüber, ebenso eine Bäckerei. Das Stadtviertel und das Haus sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Appartement ist modernisiert und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, die neue Küche sehr gut. Die tolle Aussicht der Dachterrasse habe wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Apartments sind einwandfrei, leider ist es nicht sehr gut lärmgedämmt. Check-in, optionalen Flughafentransfer und alles, was es sonst noch gibt regelt Erica prompt. Ein dickes Danke-Schön an sie ausdrücklich an dieser Stelle ! Zusammengefasst: ein prima Appartement für Kurz-Trips zum vernünftigen Preis mit nur kleinen Schwächen.

Our host, Erica was super nice and helpful. She contacted me before our check in time to let us know our apartment was ready and she let us check in way earlier than scheduled check on time. The apartment was very clean, neat and fully furnished, nicely decorated. Very good location with nearby stores and restaurants. The extra tea and coffee which was free of charge was quite nice. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up with back and body pains every morning.

Dit appartement heeft een geweldig gezamenlijk dakterras. In de 4 dagen dat wij er zaten, hadden wij het dakterras voor onszelf. Het uitzicht is prachtig op de Taag en wijk. De communicatie verliep snel en Erica is een fijne gastvrouw. Het appartement is compleet, schoon en fris.

Erica the property manager was excellent. She offered us early check in and was super gracious when we were not able to arrive when agreed. The apartment is lovely with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great fun staying in a neighborhood that was not touristy.

I spent a wonderful 3 days at this apartment. Erica met with me on my arrival and was very helpful. She was friendly and professional from start to finish. A realIy lovely person! would definitely go there again. The only negative (if at all) is that the area is hilly and not good if you have any knee issues.

So good we wanted to stay longer.

Wow! At first the hike got to me ( we walk everywhere) but the view from the roof was Wonderful! It was great having a washing machine. The little store across the street was handy and the restaurant on the corner with the black umbrellas was the best. It was perfect.

Très bien, très belle vue

Super appartement, avec tout ce qu'il faut ,balcon avec vue sur le taje , et cerise sur le gâteau, un toit terrasse ombragée pour des apéros sympa ! Et une très belle vue sur la ville . Arrêt de bus à quelques mètres pour ce rendre en plein coeur de lisbonne.

Stay here!

This was a really nice stay. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean, has a bus stopping about 50m away, a metro station about 300 m away (down a big hill, but everything in Lisbon is up or down a big hill). The neighborhood is not glamorous, just a typical residential neighborhood, with little local restaurants, cafes, etc. The host really made it, she was very kind, and really bent over backwards to make sure we were well accommodated. IfnI could give her seven stars, I would. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and with all amenities you would need for a short stay. It also had access to a communal rooftop area with good views toward the city and water. It's a moderate walk into the city centre but route by the waterfront is worth it.

Great location. Off the beaten track and far from the tourist hordes which unfortunately are a part of Lisbon. The neighborhood is a typical Portuguese area. The views of the River Teju are fantastic.
