Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Location of property is the best, can walk to everywhere. Property is old with some updated, 4th floor, no elevator; Sofa covering and linen are dirty; Communications with someone who manages this property is via WhatsApp. It took a while to get response. check-in is 4pm, we were there noon, and asking whether can check in early. Answer is No. We waited until 4pm to check in, the apartment WAS NOT even cleaned; IT WAS MESS. I put on the bed sheets myself, garage bins were full. Almost 5pm, someone came in to clean the house. We had to leave so that cleaning lady can do her job. Bed is not comfortable to sleep on, bath towels, some of them with awful smells (not all of them) I will definitely NOT going back!
