The apartments is ok, it's autum however its humid and a bit hot and one of the room air-conditioning is not working the managements lend us electric fan, there are shops and restaurants near the apartment.The city centre is walkable the bus stop is just in front of the apartment.

Such a great property! We booked a two bedroom by mistake & the team happily gave is the option to upgrade to a the bedroom within a few hours as it was readily available. The area was amazing with everything necessary close by (groceries, convenience stores, etc.) and only a short walk from the famous Rossio Square.

The location was great. No more than a 20 minute walk to shopping and food. There was bus stop right outside and the train was a short walk. We took an Uber everywhere but the option of public transportation was easily available. The property itself was clean and nicely decorated. Access was simple and straight forward. The property manager communicated well and responded to questions in a timely manner. I would stay there again.

We were very satisfied with property. Very clean, modern Cleaning supplies weren’t provided enough but they told us when we book the room. They had washing machine and hair dryer but it wasn’t on the description. So we were more happy Pretty much we were satisfied

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy, Sebastiao met us at the apartment. The building is newly renovated and spotless as are all the kitchen appliances and shower. Only complaint is that the provided towels were quite old and worn out and didn’t match the luxury of all of the other parts of the apartment. Otherwise all was great. It’s a short 15 minute downhill walk to the Lisbon city centre and Rua Augusta with an easily accessible grocery store within 5 minutes. Great stay.

They were very nice to us. We arrive from a cruise at seven in the morning and the lady told me that I can put my luggage inside the place around 10:00 Am that was awesome. they remodeled a place maybe six months ago they have a brand new elevator .the view from the windows were beautiful a colorful terraces a beautiful pool outside the main window. The air conditioners were brand new, The kitchen is kept immaculate. I have no complaints and I will return God willing, thank you again for your hospitality

The property was excellent and very good for getting in to the centre. We were a bit disappointed that the gardeners let themselves in without warning - this was a mistake but was unexpected. The accommodation was lovely and high spec.

Unit was clean and spacious overall but. Bathrooms could be better/cleaner. Also, towels were too thin. I do t think I would stay in that area again. Although it was only 10 minute walk away from Rossi square, there wasn’t much around the unit. It was a neighborhood unit.

Hello the property was good but is surprising about the taxes you need to pay out the packet no body say anything the charge more that say in the paper, another thing is no WhatsApp phone number for the people call in case of emergency , in my case we stock on the elevator I call many times but not one answer I glad I called 911 and they help us but the apartment does not have a paper o number we can used in case of the emergency , anything else was great thanks

Wouldn’t book again

This place was just okay and I personally wouldn’t book again. Not having a place to store luggage before check-in (not mentioned anywhere that I could find), check-in not being until 4:30PM, no mention of needing to pay the nightly fee in cash only, and not so great communication when asking questions contributed to this rating. I’m usually pretty open and chill to all experiences, but this wasn’t good at all. When we finally got in, and took our shoes off, our feet were black and dirty after walking around to see the rooms. Things were tidy but not clean. Also, while we were aware of not having any cleaning services, the soap situation was subpar. The only two pros were the size (enough for 6 people) and having a kitchen. The location is very close to a hospital so we heard ambulances all night long.

Très bel appartement, très lumineux et spacieux mais dommage qu'il ne soit pas très propre à notre arrivée (poussières au sol et cheveux dans les chambres). Le sèche cheveux est de faible intensité. Peu d équipement en vaisselle, par exemple 3 cueilleres à café pour une location pouvant aller jusque 6. Pas de filtre à café pour la cafetière et pas de sac poubelle d'avance. Un volet ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre. L'abattant de toilette était cassé dans une salle bain. Aussi, nous avons vraiment du attendre l'heure, 16h pour pouvoir entrer malgré un temps pluvieux. Le Mr n a pas voulu nous laisser entrer avant prétextant que le ménage n'était pas fini alors que nous avons attendus 2h dans les escaliers car la porte de l immeuble était ouverte et le ménage était fini. Pas arrangeant.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt super! Die Wohnung war ein Traum! Die oberste Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon und allg. war die Wohnung sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung an sich war auch sehr sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich habe gilt für die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Im Flur könnte man mal wieder sauber machen, da das ja auch der erste Eindruck von Gästen ist, die das Haus betreten. Sonst war alles super.
