Horrible experience

Really bad experience, from the communication, being able to check in to the property and smelling of dump. Toilet was really small and horrible, shower curtain would touch you while having a shower, which I found it very unhygienic. Very small bedrooms and beds. Very noisy area until 3 or in the morning - horrible experience

The property had a number of maintenance issues, which it took me three days of calling them to get repairs done. When I inquired about compensation for the lack of use of the bathroom sink and the door handles falling off, I have heard nothing back from them when I tried to deal with their office. They wouldn’t answer my calls because they were fed up with me calling them about the repairs. They also say they offer free transport but when you try to book it, it’s always too late whether you book it a day it a day, three days or two weeks.

Cet appartement est très bien situé, mais dans un quartier extrêmement bruyant jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Au moment où nous y avons séjourné, il y avait aussi des travaux de construction dans l'immeuble, donc les nuits étaient très courtes, entre la rumeur en provenance des bars et les bruits des travaux. L'appartement est propre, mais très mal entretenu; les murs sont couverts de moisissures dans le salon et la salle de bain. Le rideau de douche est très peu hygiénique. Par ailleurs, la cuisine est très mal équipée. Il y a peu d'ustensiles de cuisson, aucun torchon pour faire du ménage ou laver la vaisselle, pas de savon à vaisselle ou à vêtements et pas de papier de toilette. Ce sont quand même des produits dont on s'attend qu'ils seront fournis.

Stay away if you like nice holiday apartments

The Homing employee came to let us in as soon as we called, despite misreading the instructions to call 24 hours prior, which was kind of him. The area is extremely noisy, even all night. The apartment is very old and the bathroom especially smells terrible and needs serious repair with mould in the shower. There were lots of towels. The bigger bed cannot be called a bed. It’s a very old, lumpy mattress without a box spring and without any comfort. I may have back aches for months from it. The street in not accessible by most vehicles except local resident cars and motorcycles that seem to gun their engines during the night. The kitchen utensils were unclean and no soap was provided to clean them. Normally we would have left this place (which is not a well-kept building outside the apartment either) and found other accommodations, but our schedule in Lisbon was so busy we didn’t have any time available to do so. We were very happy to leave after three nights in this depressing place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Apartamento horrible

Apartamento muy viejo, sin ascensor, con escaleras de madera pequeñas. Entramos al apartamento y lo primero que encontramos es un olor muy fuerte a cerrado y sucio. Los muebles estaban sucios, los cojines llenos de pelusa y polvo. Las sillas tenían telarañas. Colchones muy incomodos y lo peor la cocina y el baño totalmente sucíos. Y el baño esta dentro de la cocina, lleno de moho y el vater sin desinfectar. Te cobran 38€ por limpieza, cuando no te cambian las toallas ni se limpia el apartamento en toda la estancia. Le preguntamos al personal (muy poco atento) para que eran los 38€ y nos dijeron que eran para la limpieza de despues de dejar el apartamento. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. El precio es muy caro por lo que ofrecen.
