"Cute clean property. Staff nice. Good breakfast . Did not like that the AC cycled on and off no matter what it was set at. Woke up hot every night because it had completely shut down and room was hot . Had to get up and turn on again."

"The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. She gave my wife a carnation because it was part of a holiday celebration. They setup a car to the airport for us because our flight was early. The only negative I would say about the hotel is that they have no outdoor space. "

"Location is excellent as are the staff and general manager. There was construction in a neighboring building right outside our balcony that started at 8:30 am sounding like a jackhammer so sleeping in was not an option. We did complain to management and received a complimentary dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and appreciated. Daily breakfast absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable with a hair straight iron which was a bonus. The complimentary 2 hour walking tour amazing! Highly recommend ."

"We asked for a lower level room, and they were able to accommodate us. Great breakfast to get the day started. Right in the heart of old Lisbon, close to everything, easy access to Metro transportation, restaurants etc."

"This gem was hidden in the city, the area was bustling and the property felt an escape from the city rush. There is a speakeasy on the property that felt like it came straight out of the 80s…such a good time…. One word of advice for the black ppl that plan to visit, bring your own wash cloths."

"The hotel was in a great location for exploring and wandering around the city. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside to our stay was the elevator was not working which was a bit challenging to get to the 4th floor."
