"We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen. It was so nice that we didn't want to leave. It was a surprizingly well equipped kitchen, but we didn't get to use it as it was only an one night stay. The room also come with a comfortable sofa, which was combined with a dining table and a chair. Veryr well designed. We will definitely come back."

The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms. The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around midnight, while our room at the back was very quiet. Tip: Request a back-facing room if you plan to nap during the day or sleep early."
