"We arrived in Phoenix very late and simply needed a place to rest for the night before continuing our trip. Thankfully, this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The property layout is a little unique, but everything appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting. With the three-hour time difference working against us, we didn't get nearly as much sleep as we would have liked, but the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The front desk associate who checked us in wasn't quite as welcoming as I've come to expect from Hampton Inn properties, though she was courteous and efficient. On the other hand, the associate who checked us out provided that extra touch of hospitality and friendliness that really leaves a positive impression. Overall, this was a solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient—exactly what we needed after a long day of travel."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Pictures looked amazing online and came to something completely different. Paid for an upgraded room. Blinds were broken and thrown on the floor. No way to block people from seeing in the room. Toilet was broken and making pounding noises. Also in a VERY VERY bad area. Homeless people standing on street and in hotel parking lot."

"I ended here unexpectedly but it is a lovely property. Main concern was a full SUV stuffed with valuables. They had cameras and security. Breakfast is very European. Staff was awesome. Room was... idk... maybe I got the bad room because of the discount. But the walls are a bit thin. The refrigerator while cool with the glass door literally sounds like a person breathing. I heard breathing all night. Tried to unplug it but could not. Would still go back :)"

"I am sorry guys. The individual I interacted with was wonderful. And I get that it is her job to tell me the place is safe. I came with an SUV stuffed because I am moving. I parked as close to the pool in a well lit area as was possible. But the light actually showed off that the vehicle was full. All important. Guest are families that I think in some cases were taking a break from being homeless. One man with a room near the door had empty plastic water bottles spread out all over the hallway. The hallway to get out. I googled and there is a history of break-ins. I left around 10:30 PM and found a place closer to the Biltmore with security. Peace of mind is worth the additional cost involved."
