"We enjoyed our night’s stay at this property and felt safe. However, the door to room 312 was not tightened properly. We used the upper latch to help secure it even more.
Hot breakfast was decent, typical continental style…eggs, sausage, waffles, bread to toast, packets of hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. No complaints. The attendant was kind and friendly.
Overall, we would return to the property. It’s accessible to nearby restaurants, shops, and the Newport News/Williamsburg...
"You absolutely cannot beat this place for the money and the location. I stayed at another property last year in Williamsburg that was an absolute hole and cost more. This place is clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Close to Busch Gardens and all the other tourist sites. Not a single complaint. Will stay here whenever I drive down for my coaster fix."

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. "
"I didn’t like the fact that the towels were dirty looking, pillows were a disgrace, dead roaches and bugs behind dresser where the tv is. The roomed was a non-smoking but smelled as if it was a smoking room. "

"2nd time staying here and our go to when visiting the williamsburg area. close to busch gardens. check in quick and painless and front desk staff very friendly. only negative is beds are on the firmer side but are not uncomfortable."
