"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. And they still turned it off again in the morning before the flat warmed up. We also bought food to cook in the oven, which doesn't work, again reported it and acknowledged by them, but no...

"A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay"

"I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. Melanie is a wonderful, welcoming host, who provided a very helpful welcome book, chock full of great recommendations for restaurants and tips for the local areas. Her recommendations were spot on. "Amazing stay… loved our 2 bed apartment! Clean, lots of space & comfortable. Pool and spa was lovely great addition to hotel. My 6 year old also loved the hotel, staff and guests friendly. We did a few walks around the other lakes very beautiful area. Would definitely recommend and visit again. "

"Great value for money and dog friendly which was great for a stopover . Room comfortable and friendly staff. 12 o clock check out really helpful. Breakfast was superb and great value with kids eating free and reduced price for prior booking. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Lovely huge park over the road but not easy to get to on foot due to busy roads and no real footpaths First time using HI but will be stopping with them again"
