"Cute little hotel in downtown Liberia. It's pretty basic but clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. After our flight was cancelled on a Saturday evening, we ended up at El Cerro along with many others from the flight. The staff worked hard to get everyone settled, gave us late night dinner options, and booked cabs back to the airport for the morning. So grateful to the wonderful front desk person on Sat March 21!"

"Nice room with perfectly renovated bathroom (I had #2). Good air condition and bed. Perfect for a quick early morning drive to the airport. Nice surroundings but close to main thoroughfare and restaurants and just across from downtown. (I brought a sleeping pill to sleep through the moderate street noise). Coffee available in lobby, nice surroundings and friendly bilingual personal, easy check in. Great value, recommended! "

"Very noisy location. Wifi doesnt work outside of the lobby. Bathrooms missing fixing pieces, tiles, etc. Food was marginal. Pool and balconies were lovely. "

"This should not be considered a best western property. The rooms are not nice at all. The mattress is newer but is probably the hardest mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The night club across the street was very loud all night and kept us up. Overall would not recommend. "

"Great location. Charming but slightly dated room, but i don't really fault that. I liked the vibe. It was suitable for sleeping and the patio/pool area was very nice. Staff was helpful and the available towels and such were handy. Only a 1 minute walk from beachfront and main street but still kinda tucked away so it was quieter! The only downside was the breakfast. There wasn't really a proper breakfast area to store the food, so I didn't feel eating it. It seemed too hot where it was kept and...

"Close to airport. Poor communication on how to access the property. I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. While we could have moved the smaller bed to the second bedroom, it didn't have any AC and was blistering hot. I messaged asking for a new room or some kind of help and received no...

"We had an amazing time at Buena Vista Eco lodge. We stayed in the cabins and it was such a clean and cute accommodation. The buffet breakfast was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more. " A long and bumpy ride up to the lodge. As soon as you check in they force you to pay for breakfast as you are disoriented and tired from the ride. You are told you are not allowed to decide in the morning if you are even hungry. Paid for two for breakfast. In the morning only one could eat breakfast because the other was sick. Asked for a refund for the one, two weeks later never received it compensation. Also Couldn’t even open my balcony door because the outside smell of sewage. Paper thin...
