We got checked into the wrong room upon early c/I. The front desk was very accommodating and switched us to the correct room. The room was clean, good job to the housekeeping staff.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling.

Breakfast was nice, rooms could use some updating, No Usb ports available inside room. Overall, this stay was nice for a short period of time. I would come back again and it was OK for the price. NOT LUXURY AT ALL, YET COMFORTABLE ENOUGH.
