We were informed that the pool’s heating system was broken, and the water temperature did not go above 22°C, so it was freezing cold and impossible to swim in. Bathrobes were not provided unless you paid extra for the private wellness area. The first room we were given had not even been cleaned. After speaking with the reception, they changed our room and gave us another one that was supposedly better, but unfortunately it...

"Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer (Executive). Großes Bett, riesiges Frühstück (leider sehr voll, wir waren aber auch über Ostern da). Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Einkaufszentrum mit allem was man braucht. Die Metro hält direkt im Gebäude (per Rolltreppe erreichbar). Super Anbindung, Parkhaus etwas eng bei der Einfahrt aber sehr groß. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!"

"Shops and station nearby But room is dirty they dont clean the room they just empty the rubbish . For almost 5 days of stay only given fresh towel the day before we left. Noisy you can hear everything. Wifi is rubbish. Bed sheet not covering the matress properly so when you sleep once you wake up stained matress is exposed . "

"It is not really a hotel, just 4 rooms behind a restaurant. A cleaner came each day but there was no front desk nor anyone to speak with. The room was clean but some maintenance has not been done and no one to talk to about that."

"The location is excellent. It is right at the border of the Old Town/ New Town. You can easily hop on trams and buses right in front of the ApartHotel. All finishes are pretty high-end. It is a classy old building with modern amenities. The blackout curtains are the best! and it helps with getting good sleep. Beds are comfortable and they offer different kinds of pillows for your own preference! Front desk staff is also very helpful!! The stay was awesome!! Highly recommend it and will...

"Beautiful and modernly updated apartment. Very clean. Plenty of lights and outlets. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower has both rain and handheld shower heads with good pressure. All Grohe. The kitchen is spacious and modern. We did not use the appliances to cook but they are all Miele. The coffee machine works perfectly. The washer is small compares to US size but easy to use. I wouldn’t use the washing and drying together function but do the washing and drying separately...

"When you walk in you immediately smell something wonderful that makes you feel relaxed after traveling all day. Check in was the fastest we've ever experienced for 4 rooms. Rooms were perfect size and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The mimosas were a great surprise. The walk around the area was easy and only a 20-30 min walk to the more touristy side...a very easy walk. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel if visiting Prague."
