"La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... La salle de bains de la chambre est minuscule et sans savon/shampoing etc... et le...

"Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!"

"Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. "Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...
