Les Grands Carmes

"New and clean hotel but poor organization. No parking slot available inside hotel. "

"Convenient location, seem a bit far from the port but when you know way arround, it’s easy. Valued for money indeed"

"this property did not provide towels it must be bought"

"Prefect location for exploring Old Port and the rest of Marseille. I had a room with a view of the harbor and Norte Dame cathedral; truly a room with a view. The hotel is older and showing its age in the dated red carpets, however, it is clean and well maintained. Has a nice lounge area and an outdoor cafe. The main reason to stay here is the location and views. Across the street are the boats that take you to Chateau d’If and the Calanque coastline; Calanque is definitely worthwhile trip. ...

"Beautiful location walkable to everything. In the heart of the Panier district and close to the harbor. Views are amazing. Excellent restaurants and breakfast was both livery and delicious."

"The hotel is located in the middle of all things happening in the city, so it’s very convenient to explore the area from there and enjoy the bars and restaurants in the area. Although it doesn’t have on site parking there is a paid and secure underground parking nearby for 25-30 euros per day. It’s a very basic hotel without any special amenities, but it’s location is what you are paying for."

"A very nice minimalist hotel with friendly staff, a great view of the harbor and a nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet but very sparely furnished. Bed pillows should have been replaced a long time ago. They were flat and lumpy (what little was left of the stuffing)."

"The location is amazing! The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Thank you Katherine❤️"
