"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est exceptionnel tant le personnel, que ce soit à l'hôtel ou à la brasserie, est souriant, serviable et aimable. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner et le dîner à la brasserie. Le rapport qualité/prix est indéniable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'hôtel du Phare."

"Room and grounds lovely. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and breakfast chaotic. A member of staff arrived in her PJ's to open up for Breakfast 20 mins late. Evening meal, obviously not enough staff - delays in food and limited choice, as only 1 person in the kitchen."

"I did not like that there was no air conditioning, no safe, toilet had no sink, people at reception did not speak English very well, and in the restaurant no one understood English, the meal we had was prime rib , which I asked for it to be well done, came with blood running out of it, sent it back to cook more, it came back the same, three waiters there did not know what a vodka and tonic was! I thought given that we were in Juno beach , which is for Canadians that there would be more English,...

Le personnel est serviable et, alors que je posais une requête un peu compliquée, j'ai eu la bonne surprise de la voir satisfaite à mon arrivée. "Tell other travellers not to go there, as no amenities in room, no tea/coffee making facilities, went for breakfast on first day and they ran out of food. The receptionist told us no more. 2nd day the sausage was raw, it looked like they had been boiled, rather than fried or grilled and not enough space to accommodate everyone in the breakfast room."

"Our quick visit to Hôtel de la Plage was wonderful. Despite a much later first night arrival, the staff kept in constant communication with us for check-in and had keys and information waiting. The restaurant was closed, but they put together a last-minute charcuterie board and some drinks for us. Clean rooms, great beds, central location, wonderful food and not enough can be said about the staff. Always welcoming, always smiling, just fantastic and charming. Easily would stay here again,...
