Just a well run hotel with an excellent restaurant, great views. Staff friendly, underground parking 20 euros per night. Location fine, but about half a mile from bustling centre. Good value for money . We would use it again.
The property is very close to the beach.
Breakfast/ dinner is on the top floor with some seating on the balcony with beautiful sea views
We recommend reserving a dinner table (you can reserve the tables with sea view for dinner)
There is free on street parking just behind the hotel.
Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, with an excellent location, very good breakfasts, and a great restaurant on the premises.
The housekeeping staff is wonderful, especially Iryna. She was extremely professional, pleasant, polite, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfectly clean. We really appreciated her excellent service!
There were a couple of things we found inconvenient. We stayed in a two-level duplex suite with two full bathrooms, which was great, one upstairs, one downstairs. The only toilet downstairs required going down about 10 steps from the bedroom, which was especially inconvenient in the middle of the night.
The underground parking was also quite difficult and inconvenient to use, especially considering that it costs €20 per day.
Despite these issues, our overall impression was very positive. The wonderful location, good service, and, of course, gorgeous Deauville made our stay very enjoyable.
This is a great place to stay in Deauville. It’s a high quality hotel and very local to all amenities.
A suggestion is that an ice dispenser was available in the reception or common area.

We had a lovely stay at the NovetelDeauville. The suite was spacious and we had a lovely view of the horse rink and the English Channel. The staff was helpful and the food was excellent.
On the beach, close to the train station and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Hananh who checked us in. Perhaps the best check in experience of the hotels I have stayed in 40 years of traveling the globe for work and pleasure.

Property was OK and restaurant was good, but Novotel took a room charge deposit by credit card when I booked the room via Expedia. Then they insisted on full payment again when we left, saying that the deposit would be cancelled promptly. 3 weeks later the deposit is still showing as pending on my credit card account. Not acceptable.
Property is minutes away from the beach. Also 15 minute walk from the train station. Keep this in mind because there are literally no taxis in town. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Be careful storing things in the safe, I noticed things go missing in mine.
Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room.
Excellent location with simple walk to centre and beach and easy road access for day trips. Staff were lovely throughout! Hotel was exactly what we wanted for a family beach holiday.
The hotel is conveniently located across the beach — just a short walk from Les Planches — and offers great comfort. The $21 buffet breakfast for each adult is an absolute winner since kids eat for free. The hotel offers both a sushi bar and a French restaurant, two convenient additions when you’re tired from a day spent swimming at the beach, which is what we came for. However, we thought Trouville to be a lot livelier as a resort than Deauville, with a mix of small French town charm, beautiful beach and sea side activities.
A lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff, especially Walid at the front desk, very pleasant and always ready to help - with luggage, directions, choice of restaurants and anything else you need. Highly recommend this hotel
