"The host was very welcoming and explained how to use the facilities. I am very happy with the bedroom as the bed was very cosy and we got a bottle of water and cutlery with disposable plates which came in handy when we ordered takeaway food. Excellent service overall."

"There is a full kitchen available to all tenants. It is stocked with fresh eggs, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal, granola, bread for toast and much more to make mornings so pleasant! Rooms were beautiful and remodeled but still antique enough to have the old Irish feeling. Malcolm and Angela were such a joy to have as hosts. we could not have asked for a better stay, hosts, and beautiful property to walk in (gardens/open fields)"

"The Carton house is about 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Dublin. The grounds are lovely. The walk to Town is about 30 minutes and well worth it as there are other historical sites to visit in the town. The interior of the Carton house is modern but historical features remain throughout. "The property had a blend of old and new the quality of the rooms were excellent and contemporary. The cafe and bar/dining area had a historic feel with chic furniture. "Beautiful Hotel all area's are of a very high standerd throughout. My only tiny complaint is as my Son is in a wheelchair user there are only steps into the hotel no ramp this i feel should be looked at however Hotel 7 sister Hotel is just across the road and they have a ramp etc .
