"A nice hotel with extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel has character though our room was a little dated and of need of modernisation. Breakfast was excellent, a good mix of cooked and continental breakfast served by a lovely team."

"The hotel and staff wee very good. The main reason I’ve marked them down is the fact that you cannot co tact the hotel directly by phone. I tried at least four times and spent about an hour listening to pretty awful piped music holding the line open. The parking was a problem in as much that you have to pre-book. This isn’t mentioned during the booking process but only after you’ve booked in an email from the hotel. As ours was a flying visit to visit a poorly relative urgently I couldn’t book...

"A really pleasant stay. External building is very deceiving. Does need a lick of paint the rooms but they are clean and the beds are really comfy."

"Checked in at 12.30 am and left in the morning so I didn't really explore much of the hotel. The breakfast was meh, not many options but I mean it sustained me and my family for the morning we needed it to. We parked the car nearby and wanted to walk into town but the walk out of the hotel was inconvenient and terrible as there were no footpaths and you had to cross a road with 3 busy lanes without signals."

"Camera spaziosa e posizionata nel centro di Leicester, distante poco meno di 10' a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Potrei dire anche abbastanza pulita se non fossero stati trovati purtroppo peli nella doccia appena arrivati. Personale non pervenuto: presente nella hall, ma senza dare alcuna informazione sulla prenotazione. Comunicazioni e check in con il sito web dell'albergo perfette."
