"Really cosy and an ideal location. The only negatives were, Parking was a bit of a challenge and the bed was a bit bobbly bedding wise. Other than those a fantastic property which has everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Location"

"Nice hotel in a great location. Free breakfast always nice"

"Lovely comfy room Great Breakfast Fabulous location and Staff"

"I really enjoyed my stay but the only negative was I was on the top floor and late on in the evening the noise was terrible coming from some kind of generator."

"Great location for the arena Nice to use a Yorkshire theme in some elements of decor Quiet room Clean room Bathroom a little small Not prepared for breakfast at opening time. Buffet breakfast not hot"

"Clean room and big bathroom"

"Great location with plenty of places to eat out nearby. My Lahore next door was great and the Kirkstall brewery do good beer and pizzas."

"My parents enjoyed their night here, thank you"

"They should put out information about no amenities and services like telephone, iron, microwave and fridge. We should know before hand before we book"

"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"Lovely clean place with easy access to everywhere"
