"The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?"

"Good B&B hotel, Good Breakfast, A bit small room. 10-15 minutes walk to downtown. Driving to Northleach or Burford is about 15 minutes. "

Right from the start we felt welcomed, the room was spotless and the views overlooking the countryside was idyllic. "On the whole it was a very enjoyable birthday weekend for myself and my wife. One small comment to make is on the Saturday night we opted for the buffet as opposed to the à la carte. The choice and quality weren’t the best but ok, only then to find out when the time came to pay that the costs were the same for the buffet as they were for the à la carte! Bit naughty really. "
