Room was beautiful, dark and cosy and stylish and very comfortable. Perfectly located for our Bicester Village shopping trip. Restaurant was very nicely decorated. Price of drinks and dinner was a little over priced considering the portion, value and location but ambience was good. Staff were excellent throughout, very clean, will definitely recommend although seperate taps in the bathroom are a big no no and should be changed to mixers.

Great hotel very close to Bicester Village

We chose this hotel as it was close to Bicester village which we were visiting, it looked nice in the photos and the reviews were good. We were not disappointed when we arrived, it was better than it looked in the photos. All of the staff were very polite and helpful and both the evening meal and breakfast were amazing. All in all a lovely peaceful stay less than 10 minutes from Bicester Village.

Staff and service was great didn’t need to wave anyone down for anything they really couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. The food was a little underwhelming, however; this doesn't mean it wasn’t nice, just had a little higher expectation based on other reviews. Lovely welcoming place we live going back to. Room has always been tidy and the breakfast has improved since last time, not that you could complain about it before. We will be going again.
