We were able to arrange to collect the keys early as we were due at a wedding and Dianne went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi booking to and from the venue nearby. Breakfast was varied and plentiful."

"It’s a premier inn Self check in seemed ok a bit impersonal On arrival we were early and no power in hotel but all good we returned later It’s on a courtyard shared with sainsbury Penrith itself isn’t very inviting but the hotel is ok"

"All good, nice clean room, good selection of beers and wine, decent area outside if weather permits, and a very enjoyable meal in the evening. The village itself is very quiet, but would certainly recommend if looking for an overnight stay to break up a journey north or south."

"Hot water was scarce when we arrived and had a shower, but nice and hot in the morning. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, extra blankets provided were very much welcome. Checkin was fabulous with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend."
