"Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here....

De fantastische gastvrouw en gastheer geven goede tips over wat te doen is in de omgeving en zijn goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis. De accommodatie is mooi gelegen. De omgeving biedt volop keuze aan wandel- fietsroutes. "

"Accueil exceptionnel et d’une grande amabilité, aussi bien à la réception qu’au rooftop. La chambre supérieure avec vue sur le lac est très design et agréable. Seul petit bémol : la vue est un peu gâchée par les barres extérieures de la structure de l’hôtel. À souligner également : un excellent petit déjeuner ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse."

"Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Es war sehr familiär: wir wurden freundlichst empfangen, das leckere französische Abendessen nach Art des Hauses fand an einer gemeinsamen Tafel statt. Wir kamen mit sehr interessanten Gästen aus verschiedenen Gegenden zusammen und konnten uns gut auf Englisch und Französisch unterhalten. Insgesamt ein tolles Event! Die zu einer Auberge umgebaute Ferme liegt idyllisch mitten in der Natur. Es gibt schöne, große Aufenthaltsräume für gesellige Stunden bei schlechtem...

"Phenomenal location and first class property in every respect. Elegant dining and everything was well prepared and presented. Comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Time didn’t allow us to sample the spa offerings but I’ve no doubt they’re remarkable as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Un hôtel au charme simple et au personnel accueillant. Typiquement suisse, propre et agréable. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement soigné."

"Das Haus ist sauber und okay, obwohl schon "etwas in die Jahre gekommen". Eine sanfte Renovation würde nicht schaden. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse sind die Zimmer relativ ruhig."

"You have to take funicular from Neuchatel to Neuchatel Universite only 8 mins and then walk to the hotel only 5 mins. Location is quiet area and near the city by walking distance. There is a chocolate as a gift on each pillow,it's delicious. We stay only 1 night in family room, unfortunately one of our pillow's cover is musty and the bed is not comfortable. Other cleanliness is ok. The staff is willing to answer our questions. "
