"We loved staying here for our first time in New Orleans! Beautiful, historic boutique hotel in a great location -- close to the action, but tucked away enough from the noise and commotion. We were so close to nearly all the places we wanted to explore and eat, all within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable and the saltwater pool was a nice spot to cool down and relax after a warm day of adventures. We'll definitely return."

"For what it is — this is an amazing hotel. It’s located in a historic area (right next to Jackson Square) and the buildings are older. Despite being older, they had nice rooms, updated amenities, and nice cold air conditioning. The staff was amazing, truly the best part. My partner and I were celebrating a special occasion and they made sure to congratulate us and seemed genuinely happy for us. The valet was great — very fast service and friendly people. I’d definitely recommend this stay!"

"The hotel was quintessential NOLA..small intimate full of character being an older space. The hotel being aged does not mean it has to smell awful. Since they have no air conditioning it was very damp and hot and smelled like mold and mildew. The rooms also only had a small window unit which did not really cool the room in the summer heat. The attached bar was also hot and smelled bad. Staff was very kind is the only good thing I can say about this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Grenoble House. Very surprised at how large our room was. We thought that the room was very upscale and beyond what we had expected. We have stayed at several other hotels and our impression was that the Grenoble House would be difficult to beat anywhere in the French Quarter. Given the opportunity, we would stay at the Grenoble House again."

"My husband and I booked a deluxe King room for our escape from the kids. We arrived three hours early, and the hotel held our luggage while we explored the city. When we returned and received our keys, we found out we had been assigned a two-queen room. The front desk told us that all the king beds were sold out. "I love this hotel and have stayed here many times. Location is perfect if you want to spend time in the Quarter. Safe valet parking off the street is a big plus (for a fee of course), the pool is a nice convienence and the courtyard is so serene and peaceful, a great place to unwind. Will definitely return."
