The room was spotless! The staff was amazing! The Spa was delightful! Concierges were so wonderful in helping us navigate our way around the city and get to fun events. The coffee at PJ's was AMAZING! The Thanksgiving Day Buffet was delicious! Cannot wait to go back to this amazing hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The only hiccup was that check in took A LONG time. They only had 2 people working the desk ant 4PM and the lobby was very crowded with people trying to take pictures. It was awkward standing in line with luggage while people were cutting through us. Once we were checked in, things were excellent. We did not eat in the restaurants - although I did grab a coffee at Teddy’s which was good and well priced.
