"Good location on outskirts of Rome, within 15 minutes walk of the Metro system.
Recently renovated so rooms were very modern and clean. Receptionist helpful and offered tips on the local area.
There is building work going on near the hotel (whole area undergoing regeneration) but it didn’t impact our stay at all.
Free parking right outside the hotel was very useful"
"The evening staff was super nice, the young lady and the gentleman were awesome especially the young lady. I stayed there July 9-12. The hotel is not my standard. I am used to different brands. The bathroom is really small. But it could be just how Italy hotel room is. This is my first time in Rome. The room was cleaned. The bathroom was clean. But the shower drain was clogged. Shower is most important thing when I travel. Overall, if you are OK with best Western brand that is recommend that you say there. But not for me."
"Located about a 10 minute walk from the Cornelia Metro and with large functional rooms with air con and well priced breakfast would recommend for the price."
"This hotel exceeded my expectations completely!!! Each of the staff members made the lead up to my 40th birthday one to remember! To my surprise, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. My only complaint was the air in the hotel not fully functioning. Otherwise, they'd have 5 stars across the board. Dominic and Guillermo at the hotel restaurant are extraordinary!!!!! Oh and the proximity to the Vatican surprised me."
"Beautiful, meticulous design that made us happy since the first second we got in. Helpful staff, very comfortable rooms.
Quite location with free connectivity to the city center, and walking distance from the Vatican.
Short sides: breakfast is good but maybe low-staffed, so things that ran out took time to be refilled. Also, shower only has a body soap- turned - shampoo, you need to bring anything else you normally use."
"The check-in took about 2.5 hours. You have to take a ticket, and wait for your number to be called. Take a priority ticket, it will get you checked-in a bit sooner.
All the staff were friendly, the cappuccinos, the wine, the prosecco and all the food was very good.
The World Cup was shown on the big screen and everyone gathered around. We were also entertained on 3 nights with live music.
The pool was nice to cool down and the market had a good selection of items reasonably priced. Laundry also was great to have on site.
Overall, my son and I really enjoyed our time there."
"This is a great place to stay if your goal is to see Roma, We had two nights before our cruise to Greece and this locaton was perfect. Right around the corner from a Metro and we felt safe. Enjoyed the local food, Momma's Pizza was the best. And the Tiramisu bakery was delightful.
The beds were narrow and firm if you are picky about your bed, but after a full day of seeing every possible thing we could see in a limited amount of time, the beds worked great. Best part of the hotel was the location, cleanliness, helpful staff and fabulous air conditioning.
Would definitely stay there again."
