Good value for money

Expectations were not too high due to price we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. Check in seamless, parking right outside our door, spacious enough with large shower room. Very comfortable bed and separate communal rooms for eating close by room if wanted. For price we paid it was all we needed for a one night journey break. Very satisfied. Just for info there is no kettle on room but drinks stations available. Also only one pillow but didn't ask for additional so not sure if that is available. No complAints personally.

Nothing Special

Stated aircon but it didnt work and barely blew out air. The room was cool with two floors but we did find some dark black hairs around and the doormat wasn't clean. Quite a few dead flies in the room and on the aircon unit. The carpark had dog poo in multiple places on the parking areas, walk way and grass.

The room was excellent. We had our dog with us . It would have been a better experience if we could have had our breakfast together with our dog. Would you consider setting aside an area for guests with dogs.

A revoir.....

Tres desagreable. De prevenir a lavance d'une arrivée tardive. Et se retrouver a 6h00 du matin sous la oluie avec un code a taper sur une bor e qui ne fonctionne pas et attendre 35 min a linterpho e que quelqu'un daigne vous repindre pour communiqué un code a 6 chiffres qui aurai pu mettre envoyé plus tôt. 2heures de sommeil plus tard. 9h je prends en suppléments 2 petits dejeuner sans mots d'excuses du désagréments ee la nuit et la pur cloturer la blague une fois payé. Au moment de me servir on me dis . Qu'il ny a plus de bacon. Plus d'oeufs brouillés et plus de pain. La base aurai ete de me prevenir. Enfin cest comme ca. .. .

Grosse déception

Nous avions reçu un mail avec un numéro de réservation à utiliser en cas d’arrivée tardive. En arrivant, la borne était hors service… Sur la porte, un mot indiquait d’aller à l’hôtel d’à côté. À quoi sert alors ce numéro reçu par mail, si ce n’est à créer de la confusion ? À la réception de l’hôtel voisin, la réceptionniste a reconnu avoir commis une erreur sur notre réservation (qui était déjà prépayée via Hôtels.com). Résultat : nous avons dû repayer la chambre sur place. Elle nous a simplement dit que « Hôtels.com devrait nous rembourser ». Normalement ça se passe comme ça … Ce n’est pas normal : c’est à l’hôtel de gérer son erreur avec le site, pas au client de devoir faire les démarches. Le petit déjeuner a été une nouvelle déception. Arrivés à 8h40, il n’y avait plus qu’un seul choix de thé, quand on fait demande un thé à la menthe par exemple, on nous propose un tilleul menthe ! les fruits proposés étaient uniquement quelques pommes très abîmées au fond d’un panier, et pas d’autre alternative. Elle nous a dit il y en a plus quand on a fait remarque. Est ce normal? Plus de bacon non plus… on ne l’a pas souligné pour ne pas avoir 3 refus. À ce prix, ce n’est pas acceptable. Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel ACE situé juste à côté : bien meilleur accueil, confort et service. Ici, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Bruyant & annonce mensongère

L'arrière de l'hôtel donne sur une voix ferrée ainsi que sur les locaux des éboueurs. De plus les chambres sont mal isolées. Très bruyant! Nous avons réservé cet hôtel par ce que le paiement était possible sur place et que l'hôtel acceptait les chèques vacances. Arrivé sur place, notre carte bancaire était déjà débitée. "Cela est fait automatiquement à 17h" alors que la réception ouvre à 17h! Il est donc impossible de régler sur place. L'annonce est mensongère. Ce budget nous aurait été bien utile pour le reste de nos vacances.

Bien pour une nuit de passage

Bien pour une nuit de passage. Je n'ai vu personne à la réception de cette hôtel à mon arrivée à 14h et obligée de retirer ma réservation à la borne automatique. Petit bémol, il faut sortir de l'hôtel pour aller prendre le petit dej dans l'autre hôtel B&B à 50 mètres ! Pas très pratique !

nul a oublier

hotel a éviter odeur dans chambre car toilette utilisé sans tirer la chasse , vrombissements plusieurs fois dans la nuit , énormément de bruit dés 6h du matin : clientèle qui ne respecte pas le sommeil des autres et le pompom : la dame au petit déjeuner qui m'agresse verbalement au motif que je n'utilisai pas la pince pour prendre du pain ........pince qui n'existait pas , par contre le nettoyage des tables aux abonnés absent et la vaisselle juste rinçée , difficile de laver avec le portable dans une main , cette personne n'a rien à faire au contact de la clientéle
