"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was amazing at check in. The room was very clean and everything worked. The breakfast was also very good in the morning and the view is spectacular. It’s a little hard to get to, so definitely recommend a taxi coming to and from the city at night."

"The welcome from Albi/Alby was appreciated and very friendly. We arrived late and tired after a long journey and he was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was fairly basic but very clean, had an excellent view and was cleaned every day. We had no iron or ironing board and very few clothes hangers but these were provided on request, no problem at all. "The staff were amazing ( Alesia and Edson as well as the cleaning lady ), the hotel is very well located, the only downside would be the room, I noticed mold inside the wardrobe and on the wall due to humidity I guess, due to that the room was stuffy, the breakfast also was very simple ( bread, eggs, bacon cucumber, cheese and melon ) otherwise the experience was great :)"
