"Fridge didn’t work, black mould in bathroom, ac worked on and off"

"The desk clerk sent us to a room which was already occupied. It was 1am and we were escorted by a security guy. When my card key failed HE opened the door with his master card key and quickly realized there was someone sleeping in the room! There was another guest with us who was checking into a different room on the same floor and his assigned room was also already occupied! The security guy closed the door and called front desk and got us both different room assignments. The second room was empty and we were able to get a new card key in the morning. The whole thing took like 10-15 minutes and was very disturbing. The front desk crew was obviously very confused about which rooms were already occupied."

"The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. However it’s not worth paying for a room with a pool view as view is often obscured (either completely or partially) by other buildings or trees. The pool was good but music played was inappropriate for guests e.g. lots of swearing and rap/dance when many using the pool were families. or over 50"

"Wasn’t there for long, stayed to be close to airport for my flight back to England. Friendly staff, nice pool, clean room. Nice little bar down the road, 7-11 close by and a big market next street down. "
