"Cheesecake Factory hotel Insane crowds, bad food, tacky, dingy Broken up escalator (from rideshare drop-off), lights not working, broken curtain. Signature hand/body wash and shampoo scent smells like Poo-pourri Hidden fees galore—Tenardier-level embezzlement. Staff was really lovely!"

"We were a group of 6 with two separate rooms, celebrating a friend's 30th birthday, and the carpet in both rooms were SO DIRTY! The bottom of our feet were so black and disgusting. They need to do some serious deep cleaning. Also, I specifically opted out on housekeeping for my room and had the do not disturb sign; however, I noticed that someone had come in and left towels on our tub that we did not request for. If there was a housekeeper who came in, they should've at least cleaned and make the beds and also informed me. It's irritating! I messaged Laurel (probably a bot) about the situation and it said they would be able to do a $50 credit for inconvenience but i dont see they they did yet. Overall, i would NOT stay here every again. So disappointed."
