Paid extra to check in early…had trouble with internet took 2 days to fix…leak in our bathroom…moved us no help moving baggage took downstairs to lobby and assigned a room on the very same floor…it was like we should be thankful to stay there…gave us little for our troubles. Husband was hurt from drinking too much and called and ambulance no one checked in to see if we were ok.

Parking is probably the worst thing to complain about. Finding handicap parking was horrible. There was only 3 barely marked spots on each floor. The elevator to go to the hotel/casino from the parking did not work. Once in the room, it was very spacious and clean. Just no shampoo, body wash or conditioner. Had to call to get some.

Everything was fine. check in was easy and staff was great but for some reason we didnt have hot water and it would take forever to warm up only bad part.

Using a keycard to select a floor on the elevator soubds great on paper but most the time the card doesnt read and you cant select a floor. Shower had half a door of glass and a big opening with no shower curtain. Water gets all iver the floor. Rust around the shower pan. Mold on the ceiling. The parking is a joke charge you money to park but spaces are limited. Room key doesnt work to get you in or out of the parking structure. You have to call them to get let out the property. Not sure what the resort fees actually go to. Everything looks run down and old here. No plan to ever stay at the flamingo again!

On our second day our shower completely stopped working I called at 2pm and they let me know at 7:30pm while I was out I would need to switch rooms. I waiting in line for over an hour to get a new room and they placed me in one without the better view I payed for and in a room with bunk beds instead of the 2 queen beds flamingo room I reserved through Expedia. The room was lightly cleaned at best before we were moved. The pool was nice and the beds were comfy but I will definitely be staying somewhere else the next time I travel to Las Vegas.
