The resort Mandarina Rosewood felt like stepping into a paradise so perfect we had to pinch ourselves to believe it was real. Upon arrival Juan Carlos and the staff enveloped us in a welcome that felt like coming home. Every detail, from the gracious hospitality to the genuine care of every golf cart driver, made us feel cherished. Our butlers, Danny and Lilly, provided exceptional service. Each staff member’s heartfelt kindness created a sense of belonging that was effortless and sincere. At La Cocina, Allora, the servers went above and beyond, delighting our palates with every dish. The Treetop Bar at One & Only had stunning sunset views paired perfectly with the bartenders charm. Our horseback riding adventure was straight out of a storybook, thanks to our guide, Manuel and his beautiful horses for stealing the show. Not only did he keep us safe and grinning ear to ear, but his warmth and unexpected talents as a photographer and videographer made the beachside views and majestic horses even more magical. Every interaction, every small gesture, felt like a gift crafted just for us. "The stay was amazing! Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The variety in food options were delicious even for the picky eaters in my family, and location is prime. Our view was the best too! We will definitely be back to stay again! "

"La habitación doble súper cómoda, y sus techos altos dan esa doble sensación de amplitud, el ac funcionaba perfecto, adicional tenía abanico.TV smart, contaba con microondas y frigobar. Había estacionamiento interior. Muy limpio el hotel, el personal muy atento, las fotos si corresponden a la realidad, los fines de semana hay servicio de desayuno, la alberca genial, la ubicación del hotel era muy buena (cerca de lugares de interés pero a distancia del bullicio). Suficiente presión de agua en la ducha y agua caliente. En la recepción hay artículos en venta como refrescos y snacks, además de artículos para aseo personal. El internet funcionaba muy bien. Un espacio en los jardines como área para fumadores. Y había elevador. Sugiero tener por lo menos, una mesa porta maletas en cada habitación (solo teníamos una), y tener contenedores para reciclado. Las camas firmes y cómodas, toallas y sábanas super limpias, hay toallas adicionales para la alberca. Y su caja de seguridad están las baterías en el interior. Hotel muy bueno para familias. La alberca grande y con sección para niños pequeños. Nuevamente felicitaciones a todo el personal y a la administración del hotel por ser incluyente en la contratación. Mega recomendable. "

"First day was excellent! The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The first day we got there the pool was a little cloudy but I think that’s because the large group of people had just left because the next day the pool was great. Our shampoo and body wash were empty but didn’t bother as much as we had brought some from home."
