"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...

"Amazing hotel - facilities are superb, with an excellent choice of restaurants."

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast."

"Great"

"It is a classy old fashioned hotel with a nice open air lobby area and plenty of plants to match the natural beauty of Icod. It has real character and is worth visiting"

"Très bon emplacement "

"The staff were exceptional especially Angelica, & Alesandro in reception and Mosa (Bellman), they each went out of their way to make orur stay and check-in/check-out so wonderful we are planning our next trip because of the care they took in making sure out stay was over-the top. If I couylr give them a higher rating I would!!!!!"

"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"

"Lovely hotel with amazing views and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff replenishing things all the time. Sunloungers, jacuzzi, sauna and easy access to walks in the hills with lower temperatures than on the coast. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend."

"Over all een goed hotel. Meeste personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamers zijn proper. De vloer rond de zwembaden (vooral aan de infinity pool) kan wel properder. Daar was het vaak zwart. 1 heel vervelende ervaring gehad. Zonnebedjes reserveren mag niet, dus deden we dat ook niet. Na het bezoeken van een markt terug aangekomen op het hotel waren er geen ligbedden meer beschikbaar. Toen we vroegen aan de life guard of er ergens extra bedjes waren, was hij best onvriendelijk en absoluut niet...

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"Great heated pools, loved the much needed adults only pool area. Lovely staff and good variety of food for lunch. Beds were very comfortable and nice quiet air conditioning"

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The...
