"I really needed a room change , there were three of us and the beds were not big enough, the staff were abrupt and did not really try to accommodate us so that there were three beds for us to use or even a rollaway bed, the rooms are very tiny and there is no place to sit down in the room only a couple of chairs outside, there is no refrigerator , so no ability to keep drinks cold. "The property grounds are incredible, offering an abundance of options for guests to explore and have access to. All staff encountered were kind and helpful. It was also a complete benefit that the Cloud Forest shuttle is literally right across the road! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room and property are beautiful. They offer breakfast but wasn't able to try it due to our scheduling didn't coordinate with their 7am start time. That is one thing I would change is maybe have breakfast start at 6 for people going on tours so they can eat first. They did provide one day a to go box the night before with sandwich and fruit which was nice. "Our room was clean and the staff was awesome. We saw wildlife and the most beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was a very good vegetarian breakfast. Sophia was amazing and the gentleman who served breakfast was delightful."

"This place was a gem, nice clean rooms with a kitchen. Our room was facing the volcano so that was a surprise. They had a bridge to walk over to get to breakfast, that was so cool for the kids. Breakfast was so good and fresh. I highly recommend. "

"I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise.
