"The resort has great pool and snorkeling area. The 2 things disappointing are: 1, the kids club. It is super small. Like super small. So there is not attractive to kids and the activity and management is pool. 2. There are only 2 restaurants taking kids and one is far so we basically stay for one restaurant for the whole trip which is so sick to eat the same food over and over again. There are 5 restaurants but three of them are adult only. Which is not family friendly at all. I really think...
"We enjoyed the entire stay. All the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. You need to make an appointment for using the laundry room, but I liked the system because I was able to use it privately. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the sport gym. There were not many shops around in the walking distance but we had no problems because we had a rental car and the hotel had free parking. "

"I thought the property was clean, friendly staff, and it was close to everything. Only a 10 minute walk to the Melacon. I felt safe in the area and had a very pleasant stay.

"Great authentic hotel, we had access to the incredible pool straight from our room, which was a sun trap all day and had loungers dotted around. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Located in a reasonably good area, 15 minute walk away from the main strip so noise is low. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to check out, which feel more like places the locals go!
