"The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly."

"Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. "

"Vue imprenable sur l'océan et l'île de Fuerte aventura. Chambre et appartement très propres. ménage fait tous les jours. cuisine entièrement équipée mais nous n'en avons pas eu l'utilité car nous étions en all inclusive. Terrasse extérieure avec parasol et bains de soleil...génial !!! certaines fenêtres et cloisons sont un peu vieillissantes mais ne gâchent en rien le confort. Personnel d'entretien et restauration très sympa. Equipe d'accueil à l'écoute et très réactive. "
