"Great location but in a residential area so you will get dogs barking, odd party, car horns, does get quiet around 10 though. We had large sitting room/kitchen, tv should be larger for such a large room. Basic but functional furniture and beds. Shower had poor pressure but ok. Air con control looks like digital clock on the wall, front door is electronic, you need to touch the Yale symbol for the numbers to appear, lock the same way, some doors had instructions, some did not. Parking garages...

The staff was lovely to us, and overall, this was an exceptional value for the money. We were attending an event in Santa Monica, and this was convenient to Olympic, Pico, and the 10."

Top of mind is the food and service that we received at the rooftop terrace restaurant which really kicked off our stay in style. It's our new "go to" for local getaways. "

"This was the third time staying in this condo-style hotel. We like this hotel for its location. It's close to freeway & you can walk to near by shopping centers & restaurants. They have parking garage so you feel safe leaving your car. The room we stayed was clean & had everything we needed to spend two nights. We will definately reserve this hotel for next trip to LA."
