"The hotel is in a really good location however only having one steamer and it being at the front desk was a little frustrating. Also our thermostat did not work in our room. No advertisement for the $200 credit card hold was very upsetting to find out about on day of check in. With that said the staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean. "

"-not sure if my room sheets were changed —before we checked in, found hair on the pillows, that was gross . -Sound prove between rooms were terrible, I can hear next rooms alarm ringing -our rooms kinda smell moldy -Good thing is free Parking -staffs were attentive , came up w new pillows once we complained of the hairs found on the pillowcase "
