"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. "Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. "

"The room was stinky. Faucets are rusted. The sink drainage flows direct to the ground & wont drain properly. Water at the shower is leaking. We've killed small cockroaches. Dirty flooring. The rice cooker was so filthy. Overall it was disgusting! The pictures online were deceiving. "
